1. Who is Gsmallover?
Gsmallover is a U.S. based company dedicated to selling the newest and best high end mobile cell phones. We carry all the same phones you'd buy at the stores and online but at better prices. Our goal is to have the best customer service and fastest shipping on the net, we will always get back to you as soon as we can either by phone or email.
All our products are guaranteed to be brand new in the box, unlocked, and in perfect working condition. All the phones we have are on hand and ship from the U.S., you can expect your phone to arrive within the week.
We carry all the hottest phones; Iphone, Nokia, Samsung, HTC, Motorola, and lg. We always ship within 24 hours, and have a 7-day return policy if your phone doesn't work. We will always answer any questions you have and be there for you every step of way. We are in the office from 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday and answer emails almost any time of the week.

GsmAllOver stands behind every product we sell. Each individual phone we sell is brand new, never used, genuine, and unlocked. If for any reason whatsoever your phone isn't working or not functional, GsmAllOver has a 7-day return policy. You can return your phone within 7 business days and get an exchange. We do not accept "change of heart" exchanges, nor do we refund money. Please make sure you are 100% positive before you purchase. All sales are final.Shipping Methods

Gsmallover ships out of the U.S. at all times.3. What about shipping insurance?

1. What is GSM?
Global System for Mobile Communication. Originally developed as a pan-European standard for digital mobile telephony, GSM has become the world’s most widely used mobile system. It is used on the 850 Mhz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and the 1900 Mhz frequencies.2. What are GSM Bands 900/1800/1900?
GSM technology can work on up to 4 frequencies: 850 Mhz, 900 Mhz, 1800 Mhz, and 1900 Mhz. Some GSM phones support all the bands or frequencies, or just a couple. A dual band phone supports only two, usually 900/1900 or 850/1900. A tri-band phone supports three bands, either 850/1800/1900 or 900/1800/1900. A quad-band phone supports all GSM bands. Quad-band phones are able to work with any and all GSM service providers. On the other hand, GSM service providers support just a subset of all the GSM bands available. Before buying a GSM phone, make sure the phone supports at least one of the bands that your GSM service provider supports.3. What is a Sim Card?
A SIM card is a portable memory chip used for all Gsm Networks. The SIM card makes it easy to switch to a new phone by simply sliding the SIM out of the old phone and into the new one. The SIM holds personal identity information, cell phone number, phone book, text messages and other data.4. My Gsm Provider doesn't work with Sim Cards why?
If your provider does not use Sim cards it does not use Gsm Technology and cannot be used with Our or other Unlocked Cell phones.5. What does "Unlocked" mean?
An unlocked phone is a phone that can work with any Sim card and/or GSM service provider.Ordering
1. How do i order?
As you Browse around Gsmallover simply add your products to the Shopping Cart. You may add or remove items at your will. When you are done shopping and browsing all you need to do is go to your shopping cart and checkout the products you have in your cart. Once you are finished you may choose what shipping method you would like to use, we offer all kinds. Next step is to click on what Method of payment you prefer; We accept Credit card, Paypal, and Wire Transfer. Finally, you will click on Make payment and Order Confirmation will follow after that. Your done. You will receive an order number and Confirmation Email as well.2. How do i add items to my shopping cart?
Once you find the item you are looking for, click on the phone and adjust the quantity you like. After that click on the "Add to Cart" button and it will send it to your shopping Cart.3. How do i remove items from my shopping cart?
Go to your Cart and find the product you wish to remove. After that click the check-box next to the product. Finally click on the "Update Cart" button and it will re-set the Shopping Cart. Your item will be removed.4. Do I need to Create a account to order?
No. We do prefer you create a account for future orders but for your convenience and to save time we do allow our Customers to skip the Register option and just check out as Guest.6. Is buying from Gsmallover secure?
All Orders between our Customers and GsmAllOver are confidential and secure. Ordering is 100% safe and Secure. GsmAllOver does not share information with anyone else nor does it send to another company for orders. We do all the transactions our-self to ensure customers privacy and security. We are also secured and verified by Go-daddy and Better Business Bureau(BBB).7. Can you ship my items just anywhere?
If an order was placed using a credit card or PayPal, for security reasons, we will only ship to the billing address (Confirmed Address) of the credit card or PayPal account. Any questions please ask.8. What about taxes?
There are taxes in NY and California. Overseas orders you will have to check with your specific Country9. How can I tell if my order went through?
After you go to your Shopping Cart and make payment you will get a email confirmation with order number. If you do not get one please contact Customer Service to help you re-order.10. When will i get my order?
